Public Services and Community Settings
Our work with public services and community settings is focused on making everyday environments more accessible, more understandable, and more responsive to the needs of the people who use them. We support services, organisations, and community groups to review communication, physical layout, sensory demands, waiting areas, routines, signage, staff awareness, and public-facing practice so that inclusion is built into the setting rather than added only when difficulties arise. This can include health services, local organisations, sporting bodies, community venues, public events, and other settings where people should be able to participate with dignity and less stress. The aim is to create environments that are easier to navigate, calmer to experience, and better equipped to meet the needs of autistic and neurodivergent individuals, families, and the wider public.
