Worker with Ladder

Our approach helps schools build a more coherent package around the student, bringing together strengths, needs, family insight, professional input, and practical supports in a way that is clear, collaborative, and usable. This includes identifying environmental stressors within the school and classroom, such as noise, lighting, crowding, transitions, layout, and sensory load, and making practical adaptations to the physical environment so that it supports regulation, access, and participation rather than adding further barriers. This creates planning that is not only more accurate, but more respectful of the student as a whole person and more effective in guiding day-to-day practice.
