Higher Education: Institutional Initiatives

A number of Irish higher education institutions have developed significant UDL initiatives. University College Dublin's University for All model is an innovative response to Irish and European policy that promotes student diversity and inclusion, with faculty partner case studies demonstrating UDL implementation across disciplines. Trinity College Dublin, Maynooth University, and Mary Immaculate College have all developed UDL resources and professional development programmes for academic staff. The annual International UDL Symposium, held in Ireland, brings together researchers and practitioners from across the country and internationally to share evidence and good practice.
