Rec 14: Embed UDL Across ITE Programmes
All ITE programmes should embed UDL principles and practices across their curricula, ensuring that all pre-service teachers graduate with a solid understanding of UDL and the skills to implement it in their classrooms. This should include both theoretical grounding in the neuroscience and research base of UDL, and practical experience of designing and implementing UDL-informed lessons during school placement.
