Rec 19: Invest in Staff Development (Higher Education)

Higher education institutions should invest in sustained, evidence-based professional development in UDL for all academic and professional staff, drawing on the resources and expertise of AHEAD, Maynooth University's UDL Centre for Teaching and Learning, and other national and international UDL organisations.
