School leaders should prioritise sustained, job-embedded professional development in UDL for all staff, including classroom teachers, special education teachers, special needs assistants, and support staff. This development should be grounded in the UDL Guidelines 3.0 and should include opportunities for collaborative planning, peer observation, and reflective practice.
