Rusconi and Squillaci (2023) conducted a systematic review demonstrating that UDL training courses have significantly positive effects on educators' ability to design accessible lessons and implement them effectively. Fornauf and colleagues (2021) found that faculty who used UDL to analyse their teaching practice identified barriers that impeded student access, which prompted a redesign of programme components and coursework.
