Rec 17: Adopt Institutional UDL Policies (Higher Education)

Higher education institutions should develop and implement institutional UDL policies that set expectations for UDL practice across all programmes and departments, provide resources and support for implementation, and include UDL in quality assurance and enhancement processes.
