Rec 2: Develop a National UDL Strategy

The Department of Education should develop a comprehensive national UDL strategy, in consultation with the NCSE, NCCA, AHEAD, SOLAS, Oide, and other relevant stakeholders. This strategy should set clear targets for UDL implementation across all educational levels, provide dedicated funding for professional development and resource development, and establish mechanisms for monitoring progress and sharing good practice.
