Rec 3: Align Curriculum Frameworks with UDL 3.0

The NCCA should review and update all curriculum frameworks, specifications, and support materials to ensure explicit alignment with UDL Guidelines 3.0 (CAST, 2024). This should include the development of UDL-aligned assessment frameworks that provide flexibility in how students demonstrate learning while maintaining high standards.
