Rec 4: Address the High-Stakes Assessment System

The Department of Education should examine the extent to which the Leaving Certificate examination system creates barriers to UDL implementation and explore reforms that would allow for greater flexibility in assessment while maintaining the integrity and credibility of national qualifications.
